Terms of Service for Social Media Plans
Agreement
This agreement is between Social Sage Media Inc. (referred to as "SSM") and the customer (referred to as "Customer"). By purchasing a social media plan, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined in this document.
Plan Details
SSM provides social media management services as part of its plans. Services may include management of up to a specified number of platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile), content creation, hashtag research, engagement, and additional features based on the selected plan. Specific post requests for holidays must be submitted at least two days prior, and requests for weekend or Monday posts must be received by 8 AM Thursday.
Billing and Payment

Recurring Billing: Monthly social media plans are billed on a recurring basis every 30 days.

Pre-Payment Option: Customers may choose to pre-pay for a specified term (e.g., quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). Pre-paid plans are not subject to recurring billing and end automatically at the conclusion of the pre-paid term unless the Customer chooses to renew by making another pre-payment.

Payment Terms: Payments are due in advance for the upcoming billing cycle or pre-paid term. If payment for monthly plans is not received on the due date, a $25 late fee will be added to the account.
Term and Renewal

Monthly Plans: The term of monthly plans is one month and will automatically renew for successive one-month terms unless canceled by either party with at least 30 days' written notice.

Pre-Paid Plans: The term of pre-paid plans matches the duration of the pre-payment. These plans do not automatically renew and require the Customer to renew manually by pre-paying for an additional term.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing at least 30 days' written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle for monthly plans or at the end of the pre-paid term for pre-paid plans.
Refunds
There are no refunds for unused portions of the subscription, including pre-paid periods.
Changes to the Plan
SSM reserves the right to modify the terms, pricing, or features of any plan at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Social Sage Media website or through direct communication with the Customer.
Customer Support Responsibilities
To ensure successful social media management, the Customer agrees to provide:

Administrative access to relevant social media accounts.

Weekly photos or videos showcasing logos, job sites, stores, employees, or other relevant materials for content creation.
Confidentiality
SSM acknowledges that it may have access to the Customer's proprietary information, including but not limited to:

Products
-
Prices and discounts
-
Business processes
-
Customer lists
-
Future plans
SSM agrees to keep this information strictly confidential and will not use, disclose, or communicate any of it to third parties without prior written consent from the Customer.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
